If I remember correctly I used to run it in XP so its like end of life. I did some googling and it seems that even if I did have the software it likely wouldn't run on my current windows 10 machine. I submitted a support ticket with Sign Warehouse but I have little hope they will help with a purchase made three years ago. Im not so sure, I just want to make sure I buy the right thing the first time, since I am ordering it offline.I recently pulled my Vinyl Express R-Series II out of storage to play around a little and can't seem to locate the CD with the LXI apprentice software.

I've read the product description on the LXi Expert and it details "autotracing, inline/outline/contour" I've read, you can only cutline your own graphics with LXi Master or Master Plus, I've been searching all day, and havent come across a clear answer. I've always used the 'contour cut' option, so i dont know if there is another way. I understand, if it's not the same exact process as the LXi Master Plus, but can I put a cutline on my own art. Well so i guess what I'm trying to ask is, If I design my own graphic, can i open it and put a cut line on it using LXi Apprentice? and if not, can I put a cutline on it using LXi Expert So the cutter I wanted to get comes with LXi Apprentice (or for a $100 more, LXi Expert) open in Roland Versaworks Rip Station and send it to the printer. and car decals) I open it in LXi Master Plus, Color trace the area, and select, then I contour cut. So when I design my decal (i do alot of personal logos, my own designs. So I've been considering getting a 31 inch cutter for at home.Īt school I use LXi Master Plus, and have a Roland Versacamm wide format printer/cutter
