We Have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them and we have covered them up, so that they can’t see. Verily, WE have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up(they can’t bow their heads). Already the Word(decree of punishment) has come into effect upon most of them, for they do not believe. That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are heedless. (This is) a revelation of the Exalted in Might, The Merciful. Indeed You(O Muhammad) are from among the messengers.
